Recreational and medical marijuana is legal in CA as of January 1, 2018. Proposition 64 states you need to be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License for marijuana to be legally purchased by you. First time members receive a Herb Preserve jar or other gift. As a first time members, you need to do a few simple things before we can complete a legal marijuana transaction with you. All transactions include a 15% CA Excise tax, and CA Sales taxes are included in listed prices.
