Job Type: Part to Full Time                                                                                                          Location: Lake Forest, CA

KEY CHARACTERISTICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main purpose of this position is to interact with new and existing collective members and ensure everyone has a great experience with the collective.

  • Communicate with members on a daily basis answering company’s main phone line, email and other methods.
  • Verify new and existing patients and members.
  • Educate patients on most effective medicine for certain issues and ailments.
  • Take orders by phone and online.
  • Update collective menu on various websites.
  • Assist with the fulfillment of collective orders and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the Management team to identify opportunities and contribute to collective improvement and/or operation efficiencies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years professional experience in a administrative or Member service role.
  • A confident communicator who is not easily tossed off balance by feedback.
  • Motivated by learning, unafraid of failing, strives to keep trying and being educated on new things.
  • Familiarity with websites and programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • 18 years old or older.
  • Valid, current Doctor’s recommendation.
  • No criminal history or driving record. Safety and professionalism is our priority.

COLLECTIVE DELIVERY DRIVER

That’s right, we’ll pay you to safely drive around Orange County in your mobile office – your good working, clean car – listening to your own tunes and delivering high quality medicine to patients who really need it. What more could you want? Purpose, compassion, safety, good music and great benefits – with tips! Sound good to you?

KEY CHARACTERISTICS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a delivery driver for Papa Ganja. Here are a few of the things you’ll be doing:

• Getting to work on time every day.
• Managing your time and schedule as you drive.
• Communicating clearly with collective members about their medicine and donations.
• Work sober and have a fresh head during working hours.
• Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities and contribute to delivery strategies and/or delivery efficiency.
• Wear your company-provided uniform shirt. We ask that you keep it clean and come to work wearing it every day.
• Work 6-8 hours each day and typically receive 2 days off each week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license, current insurance and clean, reliable vehicle.
• No criminal history or driving record. Safety and professionalism is our priority.
• Familiarity with Orange County and how to read a map and find your way around Orange County.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid, current Doctor’s recommendation.
